AOD o_o

Okay so I took some of my friends (who happen to be in my cosplay group) with me to AOD. I had lots of fun and I know its said to be a small con, but there were a lot more people there then I thought there would be.....like a lot more. I had lots of fun and strangely never really got bored at all. Except when I was changing into my fubuki cosplay. It took me and Ne-Chan hours to get all those pieces on! (btw thanks again Ne-Chan) any-who I cosplayed shigure for most of Saturday until the masquerade judging. Okay,I have never really been in a masquerade, so when I went to sign up the lady said she needed to see me in my cosplay I was wearing for the masquerade before 4:00. I thought "hmmmmmm wonder why" I didn't really think to much about it and went to my fruits basket photo shoot with Sheik-chan and Callisto (sp) it was mucho fun! After a bit I looked at the time and noticed it was 3:00. Ne-Chan and I booked it to the room ( I was sad to leave (T.T) but ...you know how it goes) we tried to hurry but didn't have time to finish all the details. We thought...oh there just gonna see that we have one or...IDK! I'm an idiot I didn't know that was the judging! I had no make up (his thick eye liner) and some small pieces were missing. they asked me for a reference pic because they didn't know my character. so I asked if I could also have a bit more time to finish putting on my costume. They said that the line for judging would be down by then and that we could just come back in a lil bit. so we did that and we were juged.....I know, I know, I'm stupid.

So then we went back to the room till we had to meet up at the main events place again. While we were leaving the room we realized we had lost the room key and locked Ne-chan's staff in the room :( ...*sigh* -_-;.....then we had to get a new key.

ANYWAY!!!!!!! After that we went to the masquerade. When it was our turn they played the audio for the people behind us on accident and I did a lil bit of "stall" dancing (I DONT KNOW! MY MIND WENT BLANK!) It was fun over all and we didnt expect to win anything. There were some GREAT cosplayers there! But we ended up winning best of show! I was so excited. Maybe a little too excited but at that point I didnt care. I was just happy.

Oh! Did I mention I also meet Koi cosplay!?! It was sooooo awesome they were soooo nice! The next day I went from shigure in the morning to fubuki in the afternoon for some photo shoots and then to normal clothes and then we went home. :) yup! I left a lot of the secound day out but I wrote too much about the first day so I dont think you'd wanna here more :) but yeah that was my AOD experianc not to mention i turned 18 today wooohooo! ups (sorry for the novel!) sooooooo thanks for reading bye peopleS!

PROGRESS!!!!
I finally got on here! sorry bout the wait. i finally get to show you guys some progress pics.this is my Fubuki cosplay!

and his make up so far (still trying to work this out his eye brows are hard!

well this is part of it, of course i have WAY more done then this but this is what i could get to stay together long enough to take a pic not to mention i look like crap(which is why my face is covered). I also made progress on my shigure cosplay but I have no pic at the moment. Sheik-Chan styled my shigure wig for me! (thanks sheik!!) With the con only a week away I'm starting to get very scared.the question is not "will I get them done?" It's "will i like them in the end or will they look like i had to throw them together?" if I'm not happy with them it wont be much fun to wear them :(.....but It'll be okay :) just a lil worried is all.......procrastination is the worst! wish me luck and pray if you religious cuz I'm gonna need all the help i can get! lol....also i would like to mention that sheik-Chan and Ne-Chan have been great! thanks to my cosplay group for all your help! I will finish them HOPEFULLY!!!!! this week end its a high goal to reach but I've been bribed with CANDY!!!! wow......i sound like a 6 year old........oh well! write you guyz again soon!

cosplay progress

Well you all know how I have my fabric for my Shigure cosplay, but I have finally made some progress. not as much as my friend sheik-Chan but some! I almost have all the pieces cut out of my black fabric. I just need to sew them together and get the buttons (I don't have enough because when I went to get them they only had too packs and I needed 3 or 4) oh and I also got my shoes when I went to take Christmas with the fam and best friend pics with sheik-Chan! I know I said I wouldn't go shopping again untill January, but its so hard not to shop for cosplay! that and I realized money or not I need to get two cosplays done before January 29Th and yeah...................I think you can see where I'm coming from :) I'll post pics soon when I start to sew stuff! sorry I didn't have much to say! :( bye bye peoples! :P

puppy T-T

Today i am very sad to say, that my dog, puppy (that's her name) was hit by a car. Right when i walked through the gate to my yard after work and i didn't see her waiting by the door. i knew something was wrong. as soon as i got in the house my mom told me she had found her on the side of the road when she had gotten home from work. I've had puppy since 2nd grade. its really really strange know she wont be there looking out the play house door tomorrow morning saying goodbye or howling on the step to welcome me home after school.
When she was younger we had a swing set with a slide and the latter to that slide went straight up and down, but she still learned how to climb the later (without help) and go down the slide! and when she was a puppy we would dress her up and have tea party's with her! she loved it cuz we would give her cookies. we also called her baby Joe at those tea party's [ her tea party alias (sp)LOL XD] towards the end of her life i admit that i didn't really give her too much attention. I feel really bad about that now but i know that she had a good life and i hope she was happy. i love my puppy and always will... R.I.P puppy........T-T sorry for the cheesiness and the sad rant..... :(

shopping again

Okay so I went shopping AGAIN ( I like to shop :D)today with sheik-Chan for my shigure fabric and it was mucho fun...but I have a lil problem.....I'm running out of money. It never seemed like I was spending so much but I guess I was. I checked when I got home and I looked like this O_O and then like this D: ....my problem is that I don't know how much fabric to get. I ALWAYS get WAY too much.........I'm kinda mad at myself. I have decided that I'm not spending anymore money until I HAVE to.....but yeah...I guess I'm not good with money......its slightly depressing...I did go to my friend Robbie's house with sheik-Chan and that was a lot of fun too! :) anyways.......yeah ...peace peoples!

New wig! XD

I got my shigure wig today! It was delivered to Sheik-Chan because I bought it at her house on her account thing :)! I think I'm Going to to style it at her house tonight! well I'm hoping I just need to find a way to get there :(. yeah well here's a picture of it..

..I really like it! Well anyway i don't really have much else to say except that I really need a wig cap i kinda stole sheik-Chans torn one for a lil bit :P.....But I need to get a my own. yeah well okay bye bye peoples! :)

cosplay shopping! (^_^)

I had lots of fun yesterday! I went cosplay shopping with my friends Keika and Ne-Chan! I now have all my fabric for Fubuki, oh and I also have most of the other stuff in his outfit. I just don't have his shoes or his giant beads.Wait I also don't have the white contacts but......that's a maybe thing! :) I mean, I really want to have them It's just everywhere i look online there like hey here's the exact contacts you need. Then I'm like sweet! but then i look and it's like $1,000,000,000,000 plus shipping........it sucks! Keika found a store that sells cheaper ones that don't kill you but she doesn't know what kind of contacts they really have besides natural looking stuff. She cant go check cuz there store is REALLY far away. I'm praying they will have white! lol anywho.... After shopping I went to Keika's and we worked on cosplay for a bit! that was fun! we mostly focused on my Chidori anklets (I don't really know if I've told you guys about that cosplay) but yeah.....AND DEN! lol after that I went home to see my sis and then to Sheik-Chan's to talk about cosplay, make rice, and make a video! We both returned to my house to look at more cosplay stuffs and make chocolate pie.........YAY PIE!......Oh and I went to see New moon on Friday and it was freakin hilarious! I was (for once) the obnoxious person in the theater everyone hates. Yeah it was seriously that bad....that's my opinions I always laugh at cheesey stuff. Well that's about it besides that I am seriously excited for AOD! OH YEAH! me and Sheik-Chan found out that Sac anime 2010 is the 9th of January and I think we might go one day just for fun! But we would just chill in the halls, but still!!! That would rock!
